Daniel is an experienced entrepreneur who has managed over 100 million dollars worth of real estate assets, and has over 20 years experience in the development and construction sectors. With an in-depth knowledge of the finance, corporate, and legal aspects of the real estate and business worlds, Daniel ensures that every project is managed mindfully, covering every angle. As a leader he has a great zest for life, is geared towards success, and is passionate about making a difference. Whether at the office, or seeking adventure in the great outdoors, Dan can be counted on to make the most of every experience that comes his way.

Even in Marco’s previous career as technology and management consultant, his true love was always for real estate, which he invested in and developed independently, creating a successful and self-made portfolio of projects. When he met the Cargo team Marco seized the opportunity to turn his passion project into a dynamic career. As COO, Marco is a driver of growth at Cargo. He discovers and evaluates new real estate investment opportunities, conducts the financial modeling that determines the vision for a project, and leads its acquisition. Marco brings that vision to life by managing the development and construction phase. When he’s not exploring exciting new opportunities for development projects, you might find Marco traveling with his family, getting out into nature, or deep in a book, learning something new.

Charles is a cornerstone figure in Cargo’s goal of sustainable real estate development. For over 35 years Charles has brought his extensive experience in project management and construction to businesses and initiatives that challenge traditional ways of doing things, from the emerging organic farming movement, to holistic health centers and to eco-friendly construction. Moreover, since 2008, he has been involved with the LEED Homes program (a holistic environmental building performance program) as a builder-developer, consultant, and certified evaluator. Charles joined the Cargo team in 2019, where he first led the civil works for a neighborhood of 124 homes. Now a partner, as VP of Sustainable Development and Construction, he co-directs the planning and development of multi-unit projects. Environmental sustainability is at the heart of every chapter of his dynamic and extensive career, and is the goal of his life’s work, fueled by his love of wellness, of the outdoors, and most importantly, of his family.

Alexa is an organizing force at the heart of Cargo. Armed with exceptional organizational skills, Alexa harnesses her experience in finance, budget analysis, quality control, program management, and administration to keep Cargo operating at the highest level, every day.  Self-driven, energetic, and with an exceptional eye for detail, she supports Cargo’s smooth sailing on a day-to-day basis, keeping everything on track, and making sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. She loves tackling new challenges in a role where each day brings new opportunities to develop, learn, and grow. A voracious reader, you can find Alexa relaxing at the end of her day with a good book. 

As an Executive Assistant, Latifa supports and helps coordinate all of Cargo’s daily operations. She loves how every day at Cargo brings something fresh, and dynamic, with no two days being the same. A recent arrival from France, Latifa has an adventurous spirit, passionate for discovery and new experiences.  As a team player at Cargo she is nimble, positive, and energetic, brightening the day of those who encounter her with her enthusiasm, while helping everyone and everything organized and optimized.
