You'll be responsible for

Processing accounts payable invoices
-
Coordinating payment approval processes
-
Processing invoicing and accounts receivable procedures

Reconciliation of accounts
-
Preparing and distributing month & year end financial statements
-
Preparing and filing government reports
-
Full corporate accounting cycle and inter-company transactions

Assisting with other accounting activities and administrative tasks
You should have
-
A college diploma in Accounting (minimum education requirement) and good understanding of Accounting concepts

Experience with accounting software (ex: QuickBooks Online / Xero / Hopem)

Experience using Excel/Sheets and motivation to improve these skills

High standards with regards to processing accurately and in a timely manner. Attention to detail is key in this role
